Not really. As far as i know, there are some places that meant for backpackers in Bali (if you don't mind backpacking). Like Poppies Lane in Kuta. You can get an inn at about 100.000 Rupiahs, or about 300 Baht. But, that is like 2 or 3 years ago when i go to Bali. You can search Poppies Lane if you want some more specific information.
